Brazilian Journal of Biometrics

    The Brazilian Journal of Biometrics (RBB) has been published uninterruptedly for over 37 years thanks to the voluntary work of its Editors and Reviewers and without charging any kind of fees to authors and readers. The general objective of the journal is to publish original research papers that explore, promote and extend statistical methods in biological sciences.

Editorial Policy

    After evaluating whether the paper meets the scope of the journal and has scientific relevance, the editor-in-chief forwards it for blind review to at least two reviewers who are experts in the subject.

For Authors

Currently, RBB publishes 6 to 10 articles quarterly, totaling four issues per year and since January 2021 all articles have been published in English. Authors can submit papers at any time on the RBB website:
